Where do I pick up my tickets?
A special VIP table will be set up on the night of the concert for you to sign in, receive your passes and other items upon proof of identity with a government issued photo ID. This table is typically near the venue box office. An email will be sent out to the email used to purchase your VIP package approximately one-week prior to the show date giving you all details for the timing and location of this VIP table. Nothing will be mailed or given out prior to the night of the concert.

After I receive an email confirmation for my order, what else do I need to do?
You're all set and just need to show up on the night of your purchased VIP package show! Upon arrival to the VIP table on the night of the show, you and all guests will need to sign the official waiver which can be viewed on the website (see Terms and Conditions). The waiver confirms that you understand the policies while being part of this On-stage experience. Failure to sign this waiver will cause you to forfeit your VIP package without refund.

Is there an age restriction for these packages?
Yes. You must be 18 or over by the time of the concert in order to be a part of this On-stage experience. Proof of legal drinking age is required if ordering or consuming alcoholic beverages at the venues.

Will there be seats for the On-stage 'Cantina' platform?
No. Your VIP package offers standing room only. There are no seats that are able to be arranged for guests during any point of the concert. Once on stage you can leave but you will not be allowed back on stage, so use the bathroom before going to the on stage platform. (see Stage Rules)

How will the On-stage standing room be arranged?
Guests will be organized on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting time will be confirmed by email, but is generally set for 7:45pm at the doors located to the left of the stage.

Are cameras allowed while On stage during the concert?
Only consumer digital cameras and disposable cameras with or without flash are allowed. Professional/multi-lense cameras are not permitted. Video and audio recording devices are also strictly prohibited.

Can I sign up for more than 4 VIP Packages?
No. You may order from 1 to 4 VIP packages per guest, per show.

Can I refund my VIP package(s) or sell/give it to someone else?
No. As stated on the Terms and Conditions page, your VIP package(s) is non-refundable and non-transferable at time of purchase. If anyone is found to be re-selling, trading or brokering On Stage Packages, Fan Asylum may, at its discretion, cancel your On Stage Package(s) and all other pending On Stage Packages or future purchases.

What do I get with my VIP package?
Your VIP package items are listed on the order page and include the specific items as listed. For each reservation, you will receive one VIP On Stage laminate (which gives access for one to the On Stage Platform), one souvenir t-shirt and a Waborita in a souvenir yard glass.

Your credit card will be charged under the business name "Fan Asylum."
On site fulfillment will be handled by Sammy Hagar's touring personnel.
