Do I need to be a member to buy Club 1013 tickets?

Yes, you must be a Club 1013 member at the time of ticket purchase. You may join & buy tickets at the same time. You must remain a valid member through the date of the show, so be sure to renew your membership, if neccessary.

When do Club 1013 tickets go on sale?

Club 1013 ticket presales usually start a few days prior to the public onsale. Please check the Club 1013 Tickets page frequently for presale dates & times. Details are updated as they are confirmed. We frequently email Club 1013 presale reminders to members.

How many Club 1013 tickets can i buy?
You are limited to one order (up to two tickets) per show, but you may buy tickets for as many different shows as you like. We are restricted by Ticketmaster as to the number of tickets per show that we can hold for Club 1013 Members. Some shows may have a higher demand for tickets, so we cannot guarantee ticket availability to every member for every show.

How long will Club 1013 tickets be available?

Club 1013 tickets will be available until end date/time indicated for each show or when Club 1013 tickets sell out, whichever is first. We cannot predict how quickly tickets may sell out.

Do I order online or by phone?

Will I need a special passcode to order Club 1013 tickets?

No. To order online, you will need your Club 1013 member login email address & password. This is the login info you chose when you purchased your membership. To order by phone, your six-digit member number (located in your online profile & on your member card) will speed you through. If you do not know your member number, we can still find you in the system using your first & last names.

Do I order Club 1013 tickets through Ticketmaster?

Ticketmaster tickets may be different than the Club 1013 tickets available through the Club 1013 Tickets page. The seat locations and/or other perks listed on the Club 1013 tickets page apply only to Club 1013 tickets purchased through Club 1013. We do not have details or passcodes for Ticketmaster or other presales unless otherwise noted.

Where will my Club 1013 seats be located?

If a show is general admission (meaning no assigned seats), we will most likely make arrangements to allow Club 1013 members to enter the venue before the general public. Details will be next to each show listing on the Club 1013 Tickets page.

If a show has reserved seating, Club 1013 sections and rows will be listed on the Club 1013 Tickets page. You will not be assigned specific seats when you place your order. After all sales are complete, we will assign seating by seniority. The more years you remain a Club 1013 member, the better your seats. You will know your exact seat locations when you pick up your tickets on the night of the show.

When will I receive my Club 1013 tickets?

We do not mail tickets. Club 1013 tickets will only be available for pick up at the venue will call on the day of the show. Hours vary, but tickets are generally available around 90 minutes before show time. A photo ID is required.

Can I have a friend pick up my Club 1013 tickets?

No. Club 1013 tickets are non-transferrable. This is to prevent scalpers from buying up the good tickets & jacking up the prices.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or exchange for other tickets?

No.
