Club 1013 Town Meeting Info - Updated 2/12/09
We realize you'd rather be partying, chowing down & gambling instead of standing in line, so we've updated the plan for the Town Meeting with Sammy. There are now two ways to rock at the Town Meeting, which will take place after grand opening events, at approximately 4:00pm.
1) Club 1013 Members may log in & enter our drawing by Tuesday, Feb 17 at 10:00am PT /12noon CT for the chance to be pre-selected. Club 1013 members will be randomly selected from those who register and put on the guest list to attend a 30 minute Town Meeting with Sammy. Club 1013 winners will be contacted on Tue Feb 17 via email. Please bring your ID & your Club 1013 Member card. Entry is limited to selected Club 1013 Members only - no guests.
2) If you are not randomly selected, don't freak out. You still have a chance to be included on the day of the event. On February 27, from 8am-2pm, Harrah's Promotions Center will be giving away 15 spots to meet Sammy as well as t-shirts, CDs and other cool stuff. All you need do is sign up for their Free Total Rewards card anytime before the event and be present to win.
No one will be admitted on a first-to-line-up basis.

Club 1013 Listening Party at Cabo Wabo 2008
Over 400 Club 1013 members & guests were invited to Cabo Wabo on October 10 for a private Cosmic Universal Fashion listening party. Despite warnings about hurricane Norbert and the intense heat, hundreds of Redheads turned out in celebration of Sammy’s awesome new CD. Waboritas Dave, Vic & Mona mingled with the crowd, signed autographs and introduced the songs as the tequila flowed. Everyone was digging the sneak preview of CUF!
The afternoon closed with a raffle for Club 1013 gear - t-shirts, laminate pouches and lanyards - and one of the Club 1013 staffers was even coaxed into raffling the shirt off his back! The grand prize was a 12”x12” autographed and framed copy of the cover of CUF.
What a great turn out and a rockin’ party! Thanks to Dave, Vic & Mona for hanging out and making this party so outstanding. Club 1013 members ROCK big time and we can’t wait for our next get together. If you were at our Listening Party and would like to post comments and/or photos, we’d love to hear from you.

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
I can't think of a better venue to see Sammy and his buddies of Chickenfoot play than at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. What could be better? Any project that Sammy takes on is bound to be some great music. Keep on Rockin all you REDHEADS out there!!!! BTW really looking forward to seeing Sammy & The Wabos again in the future near Dayton, OH!!!

Yeah, I know, the drawing has already been held. I missed entering and was wondering if there is any other way to meet Sammy other than siging up for the Harrah's Rewards card and hoping to get picked? No hurt in asking.

Who hired these people? Went Saturday night and I was disappointed at the people that were working. Casual you expect, for the theme, but sloppy looking wait staff is not what I thought Sammy would have working. It may be Harrahs hiring because the casino has the same problem. There are a number of better looking people out of work in the area. Get better recruiters

I went both Friday and Saturday night and hung out with fellow RedHeads. The food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and well mannered. Thank you Sammy and all the Harrah's staff for making this happen.

Saturday the staff was friendly..yes, BUT they couldn't make a single drink without reading it out of the book...that wasn't what we would have liked to have seen. They really didn't seem to know what they were doing...but were friendly trying.

I was there Friday and Saturday, I had a great time, like any new opening you expect a few snags along the way. The Red Heads make all the difference, everything is good when you have good friends and Sammy to look forward to. I have to agree about the drinks....they didn't taste close to the originals like the Cabo Wabo..that I am sure is something that will be fixed. I was thrilled to win the town hall meeting with Sammy, it was worth the drive from NC..can't wait for Tahoe!

I went to the listening party in San Francisco on 11/11/08
Had a great time, met the Wabo's who autographed posters.
Hope to go to more parties like that.
Sammy I'm sure I will enjoy your CD once I receive it.
